Cadastre authority confirms the court-ordered survey
Another step in the ongoing title transfer process: on 10 August 2026, the Cadastre Directorate of Paraguay’s National Unified Registry (RUN) informed the competent justice of the peace in Villarrica that it has carried out the court ruling on the survey.
Below you can see an excerpt of the Spanish original. We have redacted the names of the officials. Here is the text in English:
“I have the pleasure of addressing you with reference to Official Letter No. 2374 of 11 December 2024, received by this institution under entry No. 15880842 of 2 July 2026 with file No. 121837 of 2 July 2026, submitted in the proceedings entitled “Benedikt Michale re: judicial survey”, by which the registration of Final Judgment No. 188 of 7 July 2023 and its clarifying order No. 600 of 11/12/2024 is requested.
In this regard, we inform you that the Surveying and Geodesy Division of the Cadastre Directorate of the National Unified Registry has complied with the aforementioned court decision and has taken the relevant actions within its powers. Technical Report No. 736/2026 of 5 August 2026 is attached.”

My husband and I have lived in Paraguay for over 5 years and were among the first residents at Itatí, after Benedikt bought the piece of land. We love living there. To us it is the most beautiful place in the world.
We were also among the first investors at Nature Invest. Investing in a project that is farmed organically and protects forest made sense to us.
During our time as investors we have also traded internal offers, and we have always been treated very fairly. Out of necessity we once had to sell shares of our investments, and we got our money back in instalments.
There were payment delays now and then. But our returns were always paid out. Even when nothing came for a month or two, the full amount was paid in the third month.
People have tried to sway us, asking whether we were too stupid to see the fraud behind it. But first, we could not confirm that, because our returns were always paid out. And second, our gut told us otherwise, and we trusted it.
My husband and I were both self-employed in Germany, so we know the hurdles and difficulties you have to get past. Running your own business is hard work, especially in a country whose laws and rules you do not yet know inside out.
In closing, all we can say is that we continue to trust in a good working relationship with Nature Invest.

What this is about
Our company has been the subject of reporting since the summer of 2026. This follows a civil claim before the court in Villarrica, a public prosecutor’s investigation and the reporting built on both.
We are not commenting on the details here, and we are not linking to them either. Our documents are before the court. We will not pre-empt the proceedings and we will say nothing about the people making the allegations.
This is not evasion. Anyone with a question about their own contract will get a personal answer from us. The ways to reach us are below.
What this does to us
It hit us hard. We have spent years working on something that grows slowly, and then within a few weeks a single word is out there that overshadows everything.
In the process we have learned how this must feel for you, reading it with no one to ask. That is exactly why this page exists.
Why this confirms the path we are on
Nothing has changed about the basic idea. Land farmed organically, for the people who live there and for you.
What stays the same
Your land is where it is. It has been surveyed, it is there, and it is farmed every day.
Your contract stands unchanged. The work on site continues entirely as normal: the harvest is running and the team is doing its job as always.
And you do not have to take our word for it. You can visit your land at any time, in person or by video. If you would like to go through your documents together, we will do that. Just say the word.
