What this is about
Our company has been the subject of reporting since the summer of 2026. This follows a civil claim before the court in Villarrica, a public prosecutor’s investigation and the reporting built on both.
We are not commenting on the details here, and we are not linking to them either. Our documents are before the court. We will not pre-empt the proceedings and we will say nothing about the people making the allegations.
This is not evasion. Anyone with a question about their own contract will get a personal answer from us. The ways to reach us are below.
What this does to us
It hit us hard. We have spent years working on something that grows slowly, and then within a few weeks a single word is out there that overshadows everything.
In the process we have learned how this must feel for you, reading it with no one to ask. That is exactly why this page exists.
Why this confirms the path we are on
Nothing has changed about the basic idea. Land farmed organically, for the people who live there and for you.
What stays the same
Your land is where it is. It has been surveyed, it is there, and it is farmed every day.
Your contract stands unchanged. The work on site continues entirely as normal: the harvest is running and the team is doing its job as always.
And you do not have to take our word for it. You can visit your land at any time, in person or by video. If you would like to go through your documents together, we will do that. Just say the word.
